DuckTales: Riches, Relics, & Moonlight, by Aaron Lehnen

DuckTales: Riches, Relics, & Moonlight is a full arrangement cover album inspired by the unforgettable NES soundtrack, reimagined with Aaron Lehnen’s signature blend of heavy metal, synthwave, cinematic rock, and world-inspired textures. This album follows the globe-trotting energy of the original game while expanding each stage into its own larger-than-life musical world. The Amazon Jungle leans into wild percussion, rhythmic momentum, and South American-flavored atmosphere. Ghost House / Transylvania brings in spooky, gothic, and classical-inspired drama. Underground / African Mines adds darker earth-toned grooves and African-influenced rhythmic ideas. Snow Mountain / The Himalayas opens into icy, heroic atmosphere, while The Moon becomes a soaring, synth-driven centerpiece worthy of one of the most beloved melodies in video game history. Also included are arrangements for the title theme, land select, boss theme, bonus music, invincibility, level start, stage clear, game over, credits, FMV track, and the Transylvania Prototype / Cinematic Happy cue, creating a complete tribute to the game’s musical adventure from start to finish. This release was created as both a love letter to the original NES soundtrack and a full-scale reimagining for fans of retro game music, rock/metal arrangements, synth-heavy soundscapes, and adventurous VGM covers.
